4) Google Analytics 4
The site uses Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, to collect aggregate visit statistics: pages visited, duration of the visit, approximate city-level location, and device information (type, brand and model, operating system, browser, screen resolution).
- Consent: Google Analytics 4 is blocked until the user gives consent through the banner; if the user refuses, Google Analytics is not activated.
- IP address: Google Analytics 4 does not record or store users' IP addresses.

5) Google Maps
The site embeds a Google Maps map to show the property's location, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC. The map is loaded only after the user gives consent: until then, no connection is made to Google Maps servers. Once the map is loaded, Google receives the IP address, browser type and page visited, and may set its own cookies. For this data, Google acts as an independent data controller.

6) Contact via WhatsApp
The buttons that open a WhatsApp conversation do not install their own cookies on the site, but any conversation started continues on the WhatsApp app or website, in accordance with its own notice.
7) Consent management
Consent is managed through the iubenda platform. On first access, a banner allows the user to accept or reject non-technical cookies and to choose individual purposes. Until consent is given, only technical cookies are installed. The choice is recorded and the banner is not shown again, unless the cookies used on the site change.
Preferences can be changed or withdrawn at any time via the iubenda consent management button (key-shaped icon), always visible in the bottom right corner of every page of the site.
8) How to disable cookies from your browser
In addition to using the iubenda panel, users can delete or block cookies from their browser settings: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge. Blocking technical cookies may prevent parts of the site from working correctly.
9) Transfers outside the EU
The use of Google Analytics 4 and Google Maps involves the transfer of data to the United States. Such transfers take place in compliance with Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR, on the basis of Google LLC's adherence to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission.
